I wanted to refund the Game, shortly after I bought it. (Bought it 23.12, wanted to refund it 25.12, but it wasn't eligable anymore).
I haven't touched it since. Sadly I didn't have time till now, otherwise I would have written sooner.
The Game is sadly completely unplayable for me due to constant Packetloss. Its not a single Case, but several other Games like Battlefield 1 share the same problem. But in Battlefield 1 its manageble.
I already tried anything...UOTrace to EA Server (not Gameservers...have no Adress)...no Packetloss, any other IP...no Packetloss.
Ping is usually <20ms and ports are open, too.
I even tried VPNs...still have Packetloss in EA Games, but ONLY in EA Games.
So...Battlefront 2 is sadly a dead Game since I bought it. Thats why I wanted to see if EA is accommodating enough to refund me the Game.
OR is able to get finally a fix for me >_<
with regarts,

You can't get a refund through this forum, since it's player driven. EA can refund a game after the eligibility window has passed in the event of technical issues, so you should definitely open a support ticket and request a refund there. http://help.ea.com/contact-us

As a TCP/IP specialist, I can concur that EA developers added network protocols into their coding with Patch 1.2 As I have a system in place to detect packet handshakes, acknowledgements, transmission protocols for IPV4 IPV6 I did not detect much or any packet loss with Xbox Console in Galactic Assault, Starfighter Assault or Arcade Mode.
