Player bug

Will they fix this already? Its been like this since so many seasons now and they don't even look into it, no need to tell me to do troubleshooting about network and all that, it just doesn't work. Waiting hasn't worked either, the only thing that usually fixes it is restarting my game 2-3 times but right now I am at 12+ restarts and counting, I literally just CANNOT play
