No event icon

Box says to buy a summer cooler box by clicking the icon that the yellow arrow points to. There is no icon and the message won't leave the centre of the screen. PLEASE HELP. I WAS HAVING FUN

Have you tried fully closing the game/restarting your phone, from what I know it should've been fixed.

It took like 10 times of doing that but eventually went away.
