Lost online progress on PC

I have Unbound on PC and PS5. Upon formatting the hard drive and logging in the EA app there was no sync or whatsoever of the lost progress on PC. I had unlocked the grand portion of game and had a lot of cars. i just want it back. im stuck at the low level again.

I had a lot of cars, multiple same cars, lots of upgrades and finished speed pass, had every collectable etc. I am tired of doing it all over again. I just wanna enjoy my hard earned progress back. 

I have a bad feeling as I started playing again from beggining that the old file/profile was somehow overwritten.

Or maybe it's connected to linking the two accounts PC/PS5 that it somehow overwritten the PC online progress.. 

It's just sad for a AAA title to have problems like this.
