Not Have access to new specialist Lis

i have 11 lvl pass.

I have the same issue anything before the new helis that i have progress yesterday is still locked for me. Any lvl that I take now is activating normally. But everything previously is still locked including the premium stuff.

I have checked the details and I'll be really honest with you. The issue that you are facing is something which we're already aware of. We're receiving similar reports from other players around the globe..

Right now, I will not waste your time in providing troubleshooting to you as there is no troubleshooting I can provide, which can resolve the issue, However we are working hard to get it resolved a soon as possible.

So I humbly request you to wait for sometime and this will surely get fixed, we just need your co-operation here.

I too am having the same issue Lis is not unlocked yet i see plenty of other players using her, i followed both your links and they are of no help.

As a premium member and a fully paid up EA pro play member this is totally unacceptable and needs elevating to the devs for fix

Does that even make sense? I guess the normal EA support cant help with missing unlocks from the Season pass in bf2042, i guess we need to wait for a fix? I just dont want to waste hours while waiting to get connected to any support. @EA_Atic

I spent two hours with Live chat on EA help and they couldn't help me get it fixed but they did say that it kept showing me as not having the Battlepass and me only being Level 3 even though I have the Battlepass (Having come with the Gold Edition) and I am level 12. They had asked me to wait twenty four hours but I wanted to know was there any progress?

Summarize your bug New specialist not unlocking even after completing multiple rounds and reaching level 13 on the battlepass.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? i cant select Lis from the specialist menu/collection screen and in-game.
What should be happening instead? i should be able to select/customise and play with the said specialist, Lis.

 Lis is still locked for me even though i am at BP level 13, played multiple rounds, every other unlock works except her.

Had the exact same response after 1hr+. They originally dismissed me entirely, and I had to explain that this is a known issue, and that the 'Known Issues' page tells us to get in touch. Another 40 min later or so, they checked my account, said I don't have a battlepass (I provided screenshots, have it through Gold Edition and was level 17 in BP already). They simply said there's nothing they can do and to wait. What's the point of telling us to contact support if it's a non-individual issue they can fix/enable the content for us?
