Customer Service said, 'We checked the account you used to create this case but didn’t find any restrictions on it.'
I recorded my screen to prove it.
After sending this Youtube link, customer service suddenly tells me to contact Live Chat instead of them.
I am sick of EA Customer Service. All they do is pass my case into different departments with different people, and at the end, some random guy says 'I don't know.'
I have been banned almost for two years now.
I am tired of contacting you guys.

Did you check your Ban history just in case to see if there might be something here? Did you get any emails from EA when you saw your account get banned?
