Help with package loss

Goodnight. I am Brazilian. Guys, I love Apex. But I've been playing with package loss for some time on ps4. I've done all the tests possible. Can someone help me interpret this UOtrace test and give me tips for contacting my internet provider?
 
Actions I've done: I changed the DNS; Cables; Internet provider; MTU; General PS4 settings. I love you guys. Thanks.

Hi @LDK_Padrinho

 

Looking at the UO Trace results the third hop has a pretty huge spike in packet loss. Since that's a 172.16 IP address it points to something in your local network. Are you on a public internet connection?

No. I use a broadband service. 90mb download and 20mb upload.

Apex doesn't use that server ip!

How is your PS4 currently connected to the internet? Is it using wifi, or is it connected with a LAN cable? Do you have any other consoles connecting to the same network?
