Games crashes

Hi im on console ps4. And i started playing apex on the day after it came out and i was playing well and no problems and now i can no longer join a match with out a application error in my system every time i join a game. Please fix 😢 i deleted application and re installed it in hopes to fix problem.

I found a solusion it was because i changed my controler settings that day and ever since i had system errors so i changed back all my settings to defult and no errors thanks

I would also recommend trying to Restore the game licenses in your PS4 settings:

Go to [Settings] > [Account Management], and select [Restore Licenses]. Click [OK] when done.

Then, unplug your Console for 30 seconds or so, and see if you're able to launch the game.
