Hi @789925125,
It sounds like the result of a skill squish and things are working as intended there. The Skill Squish refers to the skill ratings adjustment that takes place after the GA season and depending on your performance, you'll see the skill squish at work. In this case, you were demoted down a league and a division because you did not earn enough skill points during the last Grand Arena season's battles to stay in the division you were in before to the skill squish.
