Can't get in to Battle for Neighborville

I've been trying to get in this game but for some reason, I can't get in because of somebody corrupting my files. I tried to validate my files to get it working but no matter what I did, I still couldn't get in. All I just want to do, is get in, but now I can't and it really sucks. Please give me some tips to fix it again.

Hi, can I check what happens when you try to play? Do you get an error message? 

What system are you playing on? Have you played on this system before?

Ok, I'm on PC. And mostly, it's usually a black screen most of the time I launch the game. And when I try to close it, it wouldn't close at all, so I had to reset my PC. But then I get a message saying "Security Violation detected". And every time I get back in, something usually breaks such as, usernames doesn't show up. When that happens, I had to validate my files to make it work again and I got this game on Steam.
