Can't connect to the NFS server (PC)

So for some reason, it keeps saying that I have no internet connection when I have. I can play all online games but can't play NFS now. I already played this game on this PC and with the same Internet. Error code: 00001001 (Or something like that. There are so much 0 in it XD )

I'm having the same issue on my Xbox one at the moment, every other online game works but this one and if I can't play it I will be getting a refund from Xbox since I bought it through the online store and won't be buying another need for speed title
