Blue Error Screen On PS4

Platform:Sony Playstation 4

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Multiplayer
Which part of the mode? Conquest

On which server did this happen? South African
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 02/07/2019
Summarize your bug blue screen with an error message
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know if this is just the SA servers or all on ps4
What happens when the bug occurs? when you are playing the game gives you a blue screen with an error message and tells you to report the problem and you do every time but nothing happens
What should be happening instead? It should be playing with no error by now after how many months this game has been out

The huge problem we have with this error is that we don't have enough servers in South Africa so when we get kicked then we have to wait in such long ques to get back into the game. I'm not saying like 10-15 minutes wait , I'm saying like a few maps wait until people log off. I am a huge bf fan I have always loved the franchise but this game has become very unplayable there is so so so many bugs this is just one

I would also recommend restoring the game licenses, and doing a hard reset on your Console:

 

Select Settings > Account Management > Restore Licenses.
