BF1 has been crashing to desktop in increasing frequency on my PC. In my event viewer I get:

Thank you for the info. Reinstalling should never have an effect on your saves -they're saved on a separate file- but if you don't want to install I'll try to find other players who have tried this step.

Since it's direct X I'd try a couple of steps, while running Origin as an administrator run a repair on BF1, if that doesn't work I'd run the Windows error checker as shown here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026529/windows-10-using-system-file-checker

Thank you for the posts, we're aware of the issue and looking into it.
I have a couple of questions that should help with investigating this.
1: have you tried a reinstall of the game?
2: are you using a disc or digital copy?
3: Did anything "strange" happen during the update process? Did you play any other games? Did the game crash?
