Apex Legends twitch skins

hi so I connected my PS4 account to twitch and EA account through prime and did not receive any of the twitch skins on my account. Then logged into my girlfriends PS4 account and she received all the twitch skins though having never played Apex or having any email address connected to her PS4 account, EA, Twitch, or Prime that matched what was connected between the different applications. Is there any way to restore the twitch skins on my account?

@bryanheq as far I'm aware you can transfer the skins from one account to another.

@EA_Atic I have tried all of that and as far as I can they will stay on that account. Aside from that I was hoping at least the newest prime skin would go to my account and now it hasn’t gone to either so far. Not sure how long after claiming they take to show up.
