Abandon Penalty with Code Errors

Twice in a day received multiple code errors in a row. Code net, then code cloud, etc. Finally get back in and I have an abandon penalty. Really? Game repeatedly has issues and a penalty is accessed. Lets try penalties that actual improve the game play no punish people who are just trying to play the game. Lets do better.
