arrow keys not working for camera

my arrow keys are not working and I HATE using WASD/mouse to move and I don't even dare to use WASD keys pls help I have a wireless keyboard and mouse please I have to hit my pc setup 100000000000000000000000000000000000000 times and it still won't work! it only works for putting in text and it's so annoying! pls, help!
