Uninstalling then reinstalling sims 3 university

I installed the sims3 univeristy by redeeming my code, when I downloaded it the first time it worked fine, then an "unknown error" came up so I had to uninstall it and then install it again, then an error came up with installing and all that origin says on the game is "play" when I click play it comes up with sims 70.80 and 90's. How can I uninstall it and then re instll it so it works?

Have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling Origin?  Instructions for that are here: https://help.ea.com/article/manually-uninstalling-origin
