The game doesn't start??

I used to play Sims 4 on another laptop but now I got a new one so I wanted to download Origin and Sims 4 on here. I did dowload Origin but I can't find it anywhere on my laptop. When I go to origin.com and log in, I can click on the Sims 4 game and then there's a button that says 'Play on origin'. When I click on it, nothing happens. I tried multiple times, I don't know why it's not working?? (There's not a new tab opening or something) I'm also confused why I can't find the Origin programme on my laptop, even though I did download it - and before I had, the button said 'Download Origin' instead of 'Play on Origin'..

Does anyone know what's wrong?

Update: I Downloaded Origin again and now this screen is infinitely loading...

Could you try force closing Origin and opening it again?
