Did you move the user files BEFORE you reinstalled? The game will create new user files in the user/documents folder the first time the game is played. The old files should still be there but may be causing trouble for the game if you didn't remove them before reinstalling. If you just used the uninstaller that uninstaller may not have removed all the files. TS3 needs to have a clean install Most users move the user files to the desktop. Then I recommend using a registry cleaner like ccleaner (there is a free version) and clean the registry. THEN install TS3. There should be no reason to reinstall TS3 unless you have corrupt files.
