I bought and paid for the Sims 3 Roaring Heights, but it is still not in my Origin account and it said it would only take 30 minutes, and itthat was two days ago....

Stilll nothing...............................

you redeem the codes in your the sims3 account, download and install the world from there if you redeemed the codes in origin this may make the codes invalid and you'll need to contact CS
