Although, I would prefer to talk to a live rep apparently that isn't possible with EA & I believe it to be absolutely ridiculous!!!

 

I installed the Sims 3 & all of a sudden one day it wouldn't work.  I don't remember setting up an origin account & finally I did & it says I have to install the game all over again & now all of a sudden my codes aren't good.  When the game is actually installed on my computer with the shortcut & everything  Is there a live chat or phone #?

 

 

Help please!!

Did you have another account? The game must of have been on the other account. And whats the error you get?
