Origin won't download

I am trying to download my game for the 2nd time on my computer ( I own the disk) and when I enter my product code, a confirm product page comes up, I hit next, and then the next page says "this code as already been used". So, its not letting me download it. I have tried going into my games but I cant find "my library".

Did you use the same account when you downloaded the game first time around?

yes. I even tried making a new one.

Don't make a new account.Log in to origin and in the store type your game name,when it appears click on 'get it now',the game will now be added to your library,go to the lib. and click on it,you'd find the option of downloading the game again.

I don't have the option to  "get it now". They only have the ones you have to buy. My disk is in and everything, so Im not sure.
