Into the Future won't download on EA app [ Edited ]

I can confirm that his at least MOSTLY works... For me, Island Paradise, University Life, and Into the Future would not download for ANYTHING... After spending $5 for EA Play, University Life and Island Paradise finally installed, but Into the Future still refuses to install after repeating all the troubleshooting steps everyone else has. I submitted a ticket asking them kindly not to suggest the usual troubleshooting steps because it has all been done and then some and that I would really just like them to update my game to 64 bit... lets see how long for them to respond.
