I went to buy sims 4 seasons but when i purchased It didn't get rid of the expansion pack i had bought before from the cart and was charged for it, which I don't understand why that even can happen. I just wish for a refund for the pack I already own.

Hi @LuiMoon,

As @jpkarlsen mentioned, the best would be getting in contact to one of our advisors through EA Help, as we can't help with account/payment related issues from the forums.

I'd also like to ask you, if you remember, what steps you took to make the purchase. Also, where did you make the purchase? From Origin.com? From inside the game? This shouldn't have happened, and I'd like to know where we should be looking for the cause.
