Downloading error

Hi,

I'm trying to download Sims 3, but it wont get passed 81%

I'm also downloading some the expansion packs.

It keeps saying unexpected error - please advice.

where are you trying to dl the game from? who is your ISP (internet service provider)? Are you using a pc or Mac? Do you have the Origin client installed and up to date?
