Game Crashes - HELP

Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
What is your current game version number? 1.29
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game in live mode for more than 20 minutes.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game pauses briefly then, shuts down completely.
What do you expect to see? error (CE-38478-0) occurs.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

It’s only started happening after I have downloaded all the game packs which was about two weeks ago. Not sure if that’s got anything to do with it or if it’s a specific pack or update
