Making a new account

I am on my iPod 5 with iOS 8.1.2 and wanting to make a new account on madden mobile, I have created account with facebook and burned it to the ground. I also burned a guest account to the ground now I want one final "start fresh" . So I selter the app but where it usually says create guest account it says "play as (old username)" and obviously I can't log into facebook so this leaves me with unable/ not knowing how to make a new account. Any help?

Instead of selter I meant deleted and redownloaded the app

I'm not sure if you can just wipe it clean, but you can log-out of Facebook and create a new Facebook to log-in with. That's how I do it, I'm not sure if you can wipe a guest account.
