Login Glitch

Am I crazy or does everyone else have an option to "sign in with Apple ID"? Because I did on the 22 version which is where all my stuff is saved and now I don't have any of it on 23 because I signed in with Facebook. Same Apple ID is linked to my EA account and signed in on my phone and gamecenter. EA help has been horrendous so I guess Ill post it here. They've ended chats on me, told me players and currency don't transfer between games and one guy even said I needed to "show my receipt on xbox in order to get my money back"(?). If the help center doesn't even understand the game, how are they going to help me with my issue? All I'm asking for is my players and currency from 22 and if thats not possible then I would like something for the money and time I put into that game in order to get a leg up in the new one because my login screen not having an option for Apple ID IS.NOT.MY.FAULT. Rant over, I'm sure nothing will happen.
