Mods showing up in game, but not in folder

Hi! So, my game is showing that I have a mod in the custom content popup that shows up right when you boot up the game. The only thing is, I don’t see it anywhere at all in my mods folder. I’ve checked my one drive and don’t see it there either. I have no idea how or why this mod is showing up. But I believe it’s preventing my other mods from working. Does anyone know anything about this?
