pop up advertices left up side of the game

Why the annoying advertices are continiously are replaced left up side ofthe game ? I do understand that you must use advertices but the way you are doing it is not nice. I have sended several request (including proposals) to change advertices so that there is not movind ads and I have recieved information that the change is taken seriously a month ago but the actions has been opposite. Usually moving ads are like 6 - 8 hours which is very annoying and now there is 6 days so it seems that game team does not want to hear either proposals or any other thing to make gaming more better. I am very dissapointed how Simcity buildit team hears gamers !
