Request to give special discount for the base game only.

I have redeemed the Star Wars Battlefront Season Pass & other DLCs at least 2 years ago via Origin's defunct On The House. I went to EA Help to request to give special discount to buy only the base game since I already own its DLCs. The reply I received was I need to buy the Ultimate Edition in order to get access to the base game. Ultimate Edition obviously includes all of the DLCs that I own and its expensive. This game has been part of my wishlist for a long time. It is kind of unfair how EA treats its players & customers. Who agrees on this?
