game is stuck on 1% on a repair I didn't do says it's pause but I can't unpause it and when I press the Details it does nothing and if I cancel the repair it gives me a popup which says that if I cancel the repair I will everything I have done in my 142 hours of playtime

I'm pretty sure I had this problem (on PC) at one point and was able to reboot and recover without losing everything.

From what I recall multiplayer progress is stored in the cloud, not locally, so you won't lose that. I think it's the campaign stuff that stays local and could get messed up.
