gems

I have a case numbe ............13878203

no one is responding to me...............

I had 4 gems left of Tuesday............bought 1000 gems............now.........1004............bought 1 game and Pogo advised that I had 984 gems left

I went back into Pog and it shows only......................964..............gems

Please I want to buy more items and games but cannot until this is straightened out..................PLEASE REPLY

Have you had a chance to look at your Gem transaction record?

If not, just check if you find a transaction that might explain the current total.

 Sort the results by date to find the most recent transaction easily.

Purchasing of the gems and they took the 12 gems but i cant get the game I want to play with the 12 gems they took I had 20 gems so please reply to this matter refund me the 12 gems or let play the game I want to play,
