When I try to play Tri Peaks Solitaire, it does not allow me to click “collect” on the daily reward menu. This happens only when I am logged in to my Facebook on the game. I have tried re downloading it, and even downloading the game on different devices. However as soon as I connect it with my Facebook it will not let me collect the reward and therefore I cannot get out of the menu so I cannot play the game. This is my favorite game and I have made a lot of progress so any advice will help. I have also tried reaching out to the app creators and heard nothing in over a year.
