As you are having problems utilising the EA Help method I will escalate your feedback through channels here. Due to EA's Privacy Policy it may be the case that no further feedback can be offered to you, but if an EA Employee feels it's appropriate then I'm sure they'll get in touch with you.

Moderator are players and there is no specific ways to report them.

Moderators and Staff
Moderators are volunteers who are passionate about the game and spend so much of their personal time helping out on the forums that EA staff members have granted them a special status. Although they may help with moderation by hiding or moving posts and threads, they are not EA staff and cannot affect your account in any way.
This said, I will try to get more information and contact you via Private Message as soon as possible so we can clarify the situation.
