Crossword Cove not loading game

Tried four different browsers, Crossword Cove will not load the current game.  After entering Saved Game, it goes back to beginning.  I tried to start over (this causes me to lose any points for the puzzle), but it again reverts to beginning.  Please help

My game loaded originally, but no letter showed up. Now it won't load the game at all
