Cannot claim basic pea shooter

Hey there,

I have been playing this game for years and cannot claim the basic pea shooter in my main profile. I have other profiles and the pea shooter was claimed in those, but I cannot remember why I wasn’t able to claim it on the profile I play the most. 

Is anyone one able to remind me why I am not able to claim this plant? It’s on level 1 and I’ve received enough seeds to upgrade it many times over, but it’s still showing as locked when the seeds are earned, and doesn’t show at all in my almanac. 

Is there any way I can claim this plant in my main profile?

Last topic posted, or topic were someone just replied apperars on the top.
For your problem, I would suggest you to contact directly EA support there https://help.ea.com
Tbh I have no idea why this is happening.

Thank you for your reply. I have contacted them directly and they told me come to the forums for answers. Not sure what to do, but I want my original pea shooter to appear in my main profile.

I totally agree. I emailed them again after you suggested I contract them and they replied with the same thing, go to the forums for answers. So I told them I already did. It’s just back and forth. 

Like many of you, I have been playing this game since the first one came out. I’ve spent a good deal of money buying the limited edition plants and watching their ads to gain coins and gems. It would be nice to have an EA Specialist get me the help I need in claiming the most basic plant in the game that I’ve leveled up over and over but can’t access. It has something to do with how you started the game the very first time you played, but I cannot remember now since it’s been so long ago. But you can’t tell me they are not able to go in and hack my game to give my plant. If I knew how I would. 

Maybe I'll turn to YouTube for help. They seem to have all of the answers there.

No worries, I find this really scandalous, such a lack of professionalism !
I guess that they may be overwhelmed with all the problems and bugs happening in the game, but that is not a reason... 
When community managers (which are community managers only and not developers I guess!) reply to issues like that on this forum, they are asking questions so they can forward the case to support...

As of yet, no one has offered to forward my case anywhere. I should double check the email they originally sent me back in July to see if they were going to forward it, but it’s been so long now that I should have had an answer. Don’t you think?
