could not update sims 4 after install

hi, after i install a new game  sims 4 from dvd (from pc game store) i finish the installation and then i had a message download the update before you can start the game.

the problem is that the download proses  is stuck and don't finish.

i have windows 10 64 bit.

@tibivider Could you please try enabling 'Safe mode downloading' in Applications Settings - Advanced (top left corner of Origin client in Origin menu) and then try the updated again? You could also try starting Origin as Administrator.
