My sims 4 game will only load up to the point of the title screen, it will then just stay there but the music of the starter screen to play the game will play. a friend told me to let it sit for a bit and ive let it sit for several hours. the thing will not change. So, I went to the fourm fixed files like others did who were having similar problems. i uninstalled sims4 and reinstalled it... still isnt working. someone sayed it might be origin and to delete certain cache folders and while my origin runs smothly.. sims 4 still doesn't work. my last resort is to uninstall and reinstall origin, but it warns you some games will not work when you reinstall Origin. not wanting to take that risk I've gone to you guys. please help me fix my game i will be heart broken if i have to uninstall and reinstall origin only to find i can't play the sims at all in a more permanent manner.
