Sims 4 has taken over twelve hours to install and still nothing-

My game has been installing for over twelve hours now, and there has been no improvement as to it being playable. It just sits there and does nothing. It took over an hour to download and now I'm stuck with the installation bar loading (but not loading), it is perpetually in a 'thinking' mode.

Please help!

Depending on how much memory you have on your computer, it could take a pretty long time,  it took me a whole night to install The Sims 3, just try not to let your computer sleep while you're installing it, might pause the download.
