Sims 4 crashing

Can someone help me? I downloaded a whole bunch of cc from peoples videos and a couple i found online, then i went to play the game and had to update it. After i updated the game when i played the game it crashed at the sims 4 loading screen. What do i do? Btw i have a pc and 1,370 amount of cc.
