Above are related to my issue with the sims 4 installed via origin. I've never once gotten to play the game as yet. As it opens in loads for about 10 seconds, crash and closes, leaving a pop up as the image linked above, stating that the game has run out of memory, however my computer states otherwise. I am very confused and I need help. How can I finally get to play the game? How to solve this issue? Please help me. A guy advised me to download CCleaner, and has given me a few instructions to clean my computer, I've done such but it didn't work. Please help me, please. Any help will be much appreciated.
Yours sincerely,
