Sims 4 Gallery crashes

The Gallery works completely fine in game until I click on an item in both my library and the community page. The thumbnail acts like it is loading and then a window pops up saying that my game has stopped responding and shuts down the game. All other aspects of my game work completely fine except when I try to look at things in the gallery. Does anybody have similar issues or know how to fix this?

(Just a suggestion)

Do you have tons of sims in your gallery? There might be too much lag, loading all the sims in your gallery.

(I dont work with EA, I am just suggesting it)
