Sims 4 Crashing Immediately - Windows 10 - 64 bit

Hello!

For some reason my Sims 4 game crashes immediately upon start up..

This is a new laptop..

I ran the game in 32 bit and it seems to work...

How can I get the game to work in 64 bit?

My dxdiag is attached..

Any advice is appreciated!

You have Nahimic installed which are known to cause crashes. I suggest that you uninstall it.

Your graphics drivers are somewhat old. You should keep these updated.
