PLEASE HELP!

 

Okay, so I bought the Sims 4 from Target a few months ago and installed it on my laptop without any problems. I ended up having to make more room on my laptop, so I uninstalled it COMPLETELY. The email I had associated with the Origin account was completely deactivated. I am now trying to re download it but it is saying the code has already been used.

 

 

Do I have to go out and spend another $60 or is there any way I can fix this problem?

This is going to be a question for EA Support directly. You can contact them here

If you still remember your old email address, they should be able to look up the old account and give you more options from there.
