Down load to External HDD

I want to be able to put origin games on a external HDD so my daughter can use them on her laptop (chrome) when she is at her moms house. Is this posible and how to? I have a WD 1TB Element external HDD for storage. Her chrome has the right stuff but only 32GBS SSD so I want to store the bames on the external so she can run them on the laptop?
