Bought packs have been removed

As I was loading up my game, I got the message that some things may be removed... So I went to investigate and it showed some packs as unowned in the Origin client and in my game...
I know I bought Parenthood and Vampires a few weeks ago and they now seem to be missing from my game and I need to purchase them again, which I'm obviously not going to do...
Can this be fixed?
