The Max Screen Resolution available in the dropdown is 1920 x 1440 @ 60Hz, I am running a 27in Mac Display at 2650 x1440. When I ran this is bootcamp under Win 7, I could get the full resolution of 2650 x1440.
Please enable higher resolutions.

27in iMac has a max resolution of 2560x1440 so you might mean -r:2560x1440. Did not work for me though.

You can find a guide here now: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Miscellaneous-Issues/MAC-Using-Retina-Display-Resolutions/td-p/1464329/jump...

But this guide don't work for people that bought the game in the Mac Appstore. (like me)
How can I change the resolution to 2560x1440?

Thats what I'd like to know as well. I bought Simcity Complete Edition on the App Store, and the highest resolution I can use is 1600 x 900.
In Origin we can change the resolution by right clicking the game but how can we do that on a Mac?
With games like Rollercoaster 3 we could just edit the options.txt. Can't we do it like that with Simcity?
