I CAN'T PLAY THE GAME!!!(SİMCİTY)

Please help me.İ downloaded the game before but i delete in some time later.But i can't play it again. İm putting the disc after opening installation after asking the code i entering the code says The Code İs Already Used. This game is not in my library.I pay it but now i can't play it.

Hi @BayEzio - If you already redeemed the code, it doesn't need to be redeemed again. It will be associated with the account that you were in when you activated it.

There could be a couple of reasons why it's not showing up in your library. Make sure you're logged into the same account you used back when you used to play it. Check old emails and passwords. 

Also check to make sure you don't have a filter applied in the library. Check on the right hand top of the library page and clear filters.
