Help how to get out of the ship??

Im super confused....

I finished Bogano and now I finished Zeffo... and now when I was on ship I had 2 options, to travel to a new planet or go back to bogano... I choose bogano, because I want to explore it more and get more chests... and I traveled there... but the problem is I can't get out of the damn ship... what the f**** ??? Don't tell me its not possible because that would be beyond st*pid, why even give us the option then..
